The AFS War College is now at an end. We had a great time this weekend and would like to thank those that came and gave us their feedback.
Once we collect our thoughts and gather the pictures, well make sure to post them on the website.
PlanetTR 2 Year Anniversary Event Wrapup
Friday marked PlanetTR's 2 Year Anniversary. And what better to celebrate their history throwing a large party on the Pegasus server. Here's what PlanetTR admin, DeadRinger, had to say:
What a great night it was at the PlanetTR 2 Year Anniversary Celebration! Dancing, Fighting, Hunting and GM Spawns, it had a little bit of everything.
I'd like to thank everyone who came out to join us this evening as we celebrated this milestone. PlanetTR wouldn't exist without our great community and we appreciate every one of you.
We'd like to send an extra special thanks out to the Dev Team as a whole and in particularly GM_Vagabond who took time out of his own schedule to join us this evening and help us out with prizes, Admin Messages and all around good humor. If you weren't around for his Admin Messages during the Manhunt event you missed a lot!
I'd like to personally thank the PTR Staff and Invictus Clan members that helped to organize and facilitate this event. A HUGE shout out to Andriss for organizing the Manhunt event. This has been her pet project for a number of weeks and the debut tonight was well worth the effort.
PlanetTR has been very fortunate that we were in the right place at the right time to become one of the larger hubs for the TR Community and we know full well that if it weren't for our members we wouldn't be what we are today. Thank you to everyone who dwells here in our little corner of the internet and here's to many more anniversay celebrations.

Friday Night Fights (Special Anniversary Edition)
What an outstanding night it was for Friday Night Fights as we originated from the Pegasus server as part of the PlanetTR 2 Year Anniversary Celebration. Tonight we had a field of 20 fighters slugging it out for a chance to walk away with the largest winners purse ever offered at FNF as well as a one of a kind item.
In our Preliminary Matches: Farging defeated Kiwee, Sliversoul defeated Fockerdodder, Atreties took out Kensei and Ozzadnar beat Grammaton.
In the First Round: Farging defeated Andriss, Brujah defeated Bethel, Machka took out Patton, Michaels beat Sliversoul, Atretis took down Otron, Konkrete defeated Venka, Sondaron beat Silhouette and Calione defeated Ozzadnar.
In the Quarter-Finals: Farging defeated Brujah, Michaels took out Machka, Konkrete beat Atreties and Sondaron defeated Calione.
In the Semi-Finals: Farging overcame Michaels and Konkrete beat Sondaron.
For the Final Match: Konkrete defeated Farging.
Before he could claim his winnings, Konkrete chose to partake in the Final Challenge match that saw he and his partner Andriss face off against Farging and Machka. It was a hard fought match but, in the end, Konkrete and Andriss emerged victorious.
For winning tonights tournament and claiming the title of FNF Champion, Konkrete walked away with the Generals Black Beret, the One of a Kind Golden Boxing Gloves and FOUR MILLION CREDITS!
Congratulations to our new champion and a huge thanks to everyone who came out to fight and watch. FNF wouldn't be around if it wasn't for our great community and it was great to see so many of you out to join us tonight.
An extra special thanks to GM_Vagabond for supplying the Beret and the Golden Boxing Gloves to our champion and to his additional assistance with the other events of tonights celebration.

PlanetTR MANHUNT
After a great Friday Night Fights, we debuted our newest event, Manhunt!
We had a battalion of soldiers ready to rescue a few soldiers who had been stranded throughout the Wilderness! Five squads set off to see who could rescue the most, and we ended up in a two-way tie!
So, we sent them back out to find more! This time the soldiers had managed to stray away from the local waypoints, and the search was a little tougher! While four of the missing soldiers were being rescued, one of them was being tortured by skitterin and a certain GM was having a bit of fun! In the end, he was found.. but not without some drama. The thrax had made their way to him, and killed him just as he was about to be rescued! Thank you Iwamoto, for being such a great victim!
Congratulations to Farging, Sliversoul, Konkrete, Katai, and Michaels!
