St John Fabretti escaped the original Bane attack on earth, enlisted in the AFS and has been fighting ever since. Little is known of his origins on earth, the following knowledge is partly theoretical and partly constructed from accounts of what Sgt. Fabretti has mentioned in passing to comrades.
History:
Sgt Fabretti was married, to Maria Fabretti, a kindergarten teacher in his home town of new Boston. The city was destroyed in the first wave of Bane attacks and St John is rumoured to have been on a holo-call with Maria when the strikes began. Maria was heavily pregnant with their first child and no records of any other family can be found.
Sgt Fabretti’s exact previous occupation is unknown, though he was a member of earth’s former governing body, specifically a section known only as m12. No official records of this section exist, having been destroyed during the bane occupation, but from accounts from Sgt Fabretti, it would seem it was a special research branch, though what specialisation is unknown.
Several Reports from comrades have cited a logos strike coming from Sgt Fabretti at the first battles of earth. No one is sure that it was a logos enabled power however and it is entirely possible it was an energy weapon of unknown design. However as no records of the exact nature of his government agency remain, it is theoretically possible he was a test subject for logos powers discovered on earth.
Unconfirmed reports have stated that the sergeant has been part of several high risk black ops operations during his active service and that of the original teams to take on the mission, St John Fabretti was the only Survivor.
Recommendations:
St John Fabretti is a dedicated soldier, a man whose extreme hatred of the Bane has proved useful in the past. However, Sgt. Fabretti has never been the subject of any form of psychiatric examination and as such, should be treated with extreme caution.
Sgt Fabretti’s combat record and previous black ops experience make him the perfect candidate for top secret black operations on any planet we are currently fighting on; however, under no circumstances should this man be allowed to participate in such missions.
The sergeant’s history and involvement with m12 cannot be ignored and as we are unaware of whether or not such an organisation still exists or if Sgt Fabretti is still a member of it, we cannot allow this man on such delicate missions. Those missions he has participated in, while the overall objective was successfully completed, have proved disastrous in terms of lives lost and as the only survivor, we are unable to tell if Sgt Fabretti is a traitor or a psychopath who massacred his entire team.
Standing Orders:
Regarding St John Fabretti, as much information must be gleaned from him as possible, especially about his previous occupation and black ops missions. If at any point Sgt Fabretti can be given a full psychiatric examination then this must be completed and the results sent to AFS HQ immediately.
A location tracker has been surgically added to this right arm and his whereabouts out on a mission must be tracked at all times. Any new logos abilities he gains during his time in active service must be recording and relayed to AFS HQ as soon as possible and if any information can be gleaned from him about his previous logos powers then this must also be sent.
Summary:
St John Fabretti is a dangerous, unknown entity in these dark times. He is an excellent soldier with a past that is largely unknown and an involvement in agencies and operations that have peaked interest from curious parties. He must be kept under heavy scrutiny and his actions documented because the one thing we cannot afford is another enemy.
